4point7 started out as a small production company in the United Kingdom. For a long time, we were known as ‘4point7 Collective Ltd’. Unfortunately, Brexit has made it very difficult for a company like ours to operate across European borders. That’s why we’ve decided to change the company’s legal form – and our home country at the same time. From now on, we’re a German entrepreneurial company (UG for short) based in Cologne. This is primarily a formal change.
Our team remains diverse and international. However, as we intend to focus our activities within the EU in future, the new legal structure makes the most sense for us. We are grateful to our British friends and partners for the wonderful time we’ve had and will certainly stay in touch. And, of course, the door is always open for a return. We still have great relationships and plenty of ideas for the British market. So we’ll see you very soon! Either in Germany or in the UK.
