For a long time, we were known as \u20184point7 Collective Ltd\u2019. Unfortunately, Brexit has made it very difficult for a company like ours to operate across European borders. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve decided to change the company\u2019s legal form \u2013 and our home country at the same time. From now on, we\u2019re a German entrepreneurial company (UG for short) based in Cologne. This is primarily a formal change.<\/p>\n<p>Our team remains diverse and international. However, as we intend to focus our activities within the EU in future, the new legal structure makes the most sense for us. We are grateful to our British friends and partners for the wonderful time we\u2019ve had and will certainly stay in touch. And, of course, the door is always open for a return. We still have great relationships and plenty of ideas for the British market. So we\u2019ll see you very soon!
